|Recommended: YesModera Woodstock Apartments Review — This place is very nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating of unique requests. The courtyard is very beautiful and is very cozy. I do hope in time that some art is decorating the concrete The mail and amazon lockers are very nice. I have never had any issues with a package. There is also a parcel room that items can be left in. The security of the building is very good and the electronic mechanisms have always worked. The car garage is a little difficult to park at times but Is a safe place for cars. the rooms facing Woodstock blvd may be a little loud during the day but during the night it is quiet. My apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit facing the courtyard. It is really quiet but can hear people in the halls walking at times. I have 2 cats that have never had any issues with other animals in the building. Everything is really new in the apartment and the only small complaint I have is the fan in the bathroom is loud I can cover it up with something but I haven't got around to it yet. The fire alarm is very loud and could be a lower volume. There has been 2 fire alarms and each time my cats are difficult to get into their cat carrier. There is free coffee in the lobby till 2pm and they work hard to keep it up as everyone likes coffee. Moving items into the apartment was easy and I would recommend the first floor as it is the best... also closer to the coffee. I do like this apartment and know they can keep improving to be even better

|Recommended: YesModera Woodstock Apartments — I toured the apartment with the assistant manager, Jessica and the manager, Zachary, as well as the leasing agent, Quierra, all of whom were genuinely nice, well-spoken, knowledgeable about the building and the amenities, prompt and responsive with excellent follow through. Their energy is super inviting and infectious and they’re really good about remembering people’s names.
They made the move in process so smooth and simple, and have always been ready and eager to answer questions. The apartment amenities are thoughtful and they really try to create a friendly community for the residents.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Staff and Community — want to give a big thank you to Zachary, the property manager at Modera Woodstock, for going above and beyond to help me with a maintenance issue. It was close to closing time when the batteries in my front door lock died, but Zachary didn’t hesitate—he came right over, replaced the batteries, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I truly appreciate his dedication and willingness to stay late to ensure I had no issues. Thank you again for your outstanding service
